Does the 14-day trial includes the Catacombs improved graphics?

There is a sticky at the top of this forum explaining how to get the updated graphics with the free trial.

But, to answer your question, no, the 14 day free trial does not come with the updated graphics but you can download and install them.

Well I just found out that the trial actually does include the new Catacombs graphics and I actually have no idea, what Elnator is on about, seems like he forgot to take his pills.

And how did you find that out?  Have you loaded the trial to check?  I've heard rumors that it supposedly does but since I play the commercial game I have no idea   If someone can confirm that the trial now has the updated graphics I can have them unsticky my way cool uber thread.

NOTE: As of January the trial had the Catacombs ENGINE but not the graphics.   If that's changed then great, we can unsticky the help thread for it.  But I am not gonna ask the mods to unsticky it till someone who's actually seen the updated graphics verifies the trial has them..

I downloaded the trial without the new Cata graphics and I could choose classic or catacombs visuals. I downloaded the new graphics update and they still stayed the same. Also, can't you check it by looking the old trial file size and the new trial file size?

The trial that I dl/ed was 1.87GB.

Kunou can you confirm with the folks who produce the trial and if it's definitely true that the trial has been updated we can unsticky the tech tip.
