Why assassin female char is too ugly?????

Hi,all.

I've played the pre-event of guild wars factions, and created a female

assassin char, but she is too ugly!! Do you can do a better work with her

body, she is too lean. Too much different from assassin of the CGs or

wallpapers and trailers.

What you think about Arenanet?

I've saw that cinematic and she is too beauty but, when you create
a assassin female char I was well discouraged , only one thing make me
to buy it: is the new pvp areas and skills for gvg.

They are not my style either, but the 2 new professions use asian body types and the "A" is tending towards the smaller of the types.

I'm sure the assassin body can't compare to Elemental's. But I'm diggin' the Assassin.

I think your correct she is a bit ugly and they still have time to edit things and this would be something they should thinma botu changing

assassin in ads is a white girl then in game its a asian girl lol

elems chix are hot pick them...but i dunno y ur so worried about looks, looks arnt gonna matter when ur in battle :P

The game is marketed to different countries folks.  Have any of you seen the retail box for the the Eastren world (china, tawian, etc).  I'll tell you right now, it probably doesn't have a white chick on it. 

As far as the females in factions being too skiny?  Once again, different things for different people.  Maybe Anet was trying to make the model more appealing to people from places other then America.

I don't mind that all the Canthan characters have Asian features, but I really don't understand why female assassins are so skinny. I just can't grasp a reason for it.

Ehm, I'm just saying my mind here but...to anwser the question as why she's soo skinny: assassins are supposed to be quick and agile, and any fat or overweight hinders mouvement see.

wow ya know this thread makes me feel like crap because:

1.) i have an eating disorder and can't stand to look in the mirror

2.) i'm female.

3.) although i've been told i am very slender...i don't see myself that way and when i play a video game with a beautiful girl in it or i hear other gamers talking about how thin and how hot this girl is from a videogame is i immediately feel like crap.

Honestly..what is the the big deal? Females go through alot of pressure to be thin and it isn't fair.

I understand you ranting, and I think that you are partly right.  However, do not forget that it is a game and this is all silly, leasurely, unimportant conversation among gamers.  I don't think anyone here who has a ounce of decency or respect really considers the fatness of a game character that important.

I tend to choose the uglier characters just for variety, but I must admit, that I do like the looks of the assassin chacter and I will also create one for myself.

And if you do feel like you are under too much pressure to be a certain way, then to hell with it all and realize that the only thing you truly have to be is yourself, and truthfulness to oneself and others is a more important trait in a person than anything else.

Besides...how the hell could an assasin move like an assasin with Double D tanks really? It works fine with both the Asianic theme and Realism. C'mon they already busted the Elementalists and Ritualists.. would be nice to see less preteens asking for [censored] ingame
