Will of the Forsaken Nerfed in 1.10?

Anyone noticed Wotf is delayed by 1-2 secs whenever
you are feared? I used to be able to insta-break
fear but now it's 1-2 secs before you get to use
the spell, it's as if getting feared triggers
the 1.5 global cooldown.

yeah it weird i do not have a accurate response why you might be right.
I just know that when something happens to my char and I look down to use wil its greyed out. Whereas before I could use it, I haven't looked back a second time so not sure if there is a delay on it but, it has been worthless to me since patch.
oh well it doesnt affect me :P
ya you're right...there is a delay before you can use it. blizz nerfs too much seriously
if you want to nerf, at least balance the classes
nerf warlock or
buff mage against warlocks, priest
you need to have skills to counter other classes' skills but blizz doesn't even think of that carefully
