Beastman Seals..`

in Final Fantasy XI
Do these things drop off of Too Weak monsters? I keep hearing no and just want to be sure.

Also,
do these tend to drop more on specific types of monsters? Beastmen,
Goblins, etc? I know any monster can drop them, but if the odds are the
same for each?

    No, you have to receive xp off the mob to get a Beastman seal, it's just like getting crystals. The same rules apply.

    I have never noticed if any mobs tend to drop more seals than other mobs, I really don't think it matters.
