I know you've all been through this before. Maybe you were partying for a few hours and something went wrong. Maybe you had an unfortunate run-in with someone of lesser intelligence. And then out of nowhere, boom!
The "N" word.
"that's because you're a n00b!"
OMG, how crushing. It's hurts so much that someone who doesn't know me at all could say something so slanderous of my video game playing abilities. Especially when they have never actually seen me play before. /sarcasm off
Anyone else notice people throwing around the "n00b" insult like it's supposed to be the most crippling insult ever? I don't mean playfully or in reference to real n00bs, but maliciously and towards everyone and anyone. Seriously people, calling me a n00b doesn't hurt my feelings. If you take it personally yourself, maybe it's time you reexamined your priorities >_>
Anyone else have stories about someone maliciously using the "n" word? I think people need to learn some real insults, because it seems the ability to verbally crush someone to a quivering defeated shell of his former self has become somewhat of a lost art form.

Granted it wont hurt feelings, if others agree to the "Noob" comment, it usually does mean you suck or need to pay more attention.
I still prefer to say "Your Mom" when someone insults me, because it owns the word "Noob"
