trial cd-key ?

in EVE Online
hello i wanted to try out eve. But mmorpg.com seems to be out of cd-key's for trial client.It says they should get new key's in on feb 24. But seems they havent managed to get any yett hehe.
So anyone know where i can get one? Not that it is a bigg deal but just wanted to try out the game a little and see what all the fuzz was about hehe.

    I cant seem to find the link for it. There was 1 on here about 2 weeks ago. Try and look around the EVE website maybe they still have something on a trial.

    Last I checked the buddy system is broken. But we had a long thread going on here for people to submit for keys, anyhow try refreshing the penny-arcade website, they have an ad for a 14 day trial there last I checked.

    Dont know but seems that most of the sites that had a trial for this game dont deliver anymore. i tried finding any info on the eve site. only thing they said was i had to go to a site and pay for sub fee on their page to download the trial ?? iv been looking arround several pages and finally found a link that worked on gamershell site.

    But was just pure luck i stumbled across it. But what ever you do dont download the trial client from there. It doesnt work But you get an account and CD key from eve whit online cd-key generator of some sort.Just follow the links in the mail you get..

    So now my problem is i need a trial client that works, or can i use the client on EvE's page ?

    im only getting an error when i try the client that followed from gamershell.
    When i start the client it says :

    NOTE: You have and outdated build.
    You will need to download an patch to enter.

    When i hitt connect and it tries to autopatch i get this error :
    *There was an unexpected error while retriving patch status.
    The patchsystem was not able to locate a patch file for the current version*

    And when i go in to EvE's main page for patches and updates trying to find a patch for the current build im using.I cant find the number in the list ?
    i downloaded build 2.10.3900.

    wich doesnt exsist on the list. any ide what to do or if i can use the main clint on EvE's page ? (non trial clint i think)

    *EDIT*
    another thing is that the client i downloaded from gamershell is 464mb. The client on EvE is 551.
    Dont know if that has anything to say thou. thought i might add it anyway. hehe

    My client shows 2.10.3900 as the latest build.

    Try downloading the client from eve-online site... My guess is the older version doesnt have the minipatch for the changing of ips or something.
