Speed leveling servers or quick leveling games?

JimLadJimLad Member CommonPosts: 187

I heard from someone a while ago that Lineage 2 had some kind of hardcore pvp/fast leveling servers or something. Also that DAoC has classic servers with 'free levels' or something?

Could someone explain what this is about or possibly name any other popular MMOs with this idea? See I hate player levels, but if they're quick(ish) then it's probabaly not so bad, especially if it has good end game content like I hear DAoC has.

...or even if there are good MMOs out there where the grind is pretty quick, that would be fab thanks.

Some people run private Lineage II servers. Being private run, they can tweak things to suit their tastes, including setting exp rewards to be several times what they are on the official servers. DAoC offers free levels periodically based on how long you've been subscribing, as a reward to keep you subscribing. You get the free levels more often if you join designated faction & server combos that need more players (and I think you get some other stuff too--you should check out DAoC's website for details).
