I warn you though that the lagging is beyond bearable.

 That is probably one of the coolest games i have ever seen if it didn't run at 3 frames per second . Plus all the japs probably have maxed out characters from early betas so North America will be newbies again.

Its Korean indeed and it doesnt matter if the koreans are higher lvl cuz North America (and the rest of the world) will have own servers. As for the lag. The ones who made the movie kept the graphics maxed so the movie like nice. But no computer can handle 100s of ppl in 1 screen at that detail, so that explains most of the lag.

    But having seperate servers for the U.S. is cool, i wish they did that for FFXI.

i agree with this guy, i wish lineage2 would do what ffxi did and allow us to play on the korean servers.

and there probably are computers that can handle that amount of people without lagging, but it would have to be really good.

hehe Disastorm you read the post of Rathma wrong. He says it is a good thing to have seperate servers. There are lots of discussions over it but I think it is just more convenient for every1 that there are seperate servers for different languages. As a newbie not being able to find an English speaking guy because the majority of player is Korean is very inconvenient.

A good PC can handle 100. But I said 100s (watch the "s" =P ). Cuz in some sieges (battles to take castles) or wars or boss raids 100s of ppl will be in your screen. And it just aint possible to run that without lag =D  So it is a good thing that there are options like "Minimum Frame" where you can set graphics really low.

Here is a recent official message from the developers:

- Originally, the number of polygons for characters was about 3000, and now has been drasticaly reduced to 700.
- New effort and work have been accomplished, there is not a big difference from the original models.
- It has been concluded that even if 500~600 people participate in the siege, there will be no problem.
