Auto Assault was released yesterday, and it's still in the "Games in Development" section. Also, there's a very outdated sticky at the top of the AA general forum, which should probably be unstuck. (is there a better place to post this?)
When I want a single-player story, I'll play a single-player game. When I play an MMO, I want a massively multiplayer world.
