okay i got a response finally...

    Thank you for contacting Newegg.

We appreciate your feedback. We at Newegg take all criticism as constructive so
that we can use any useful suggestions to better ourselves and our business
practices. I have forwarded your thoughts to my supervisor to review. He will
share your input with the appropriate parties who will in turn take any action
required to remedy the issue, if they deem it necessary.

Also please accept a $20 credit back into your account for any inconvininces
this has caused. Please allow your credit/debit card issuer approximately 3-5
business days to fully process the transaction and make the funds available.

However, our number one concern is your satisfaction. If you are not pleased
with your order, just contact t us at your earlie st convenience so that we can
resolve any issues that may exist with your purchase.

hopefully something gets done but i am not holding my breath. and to one of the above posters, it said it was delivered to the "front office" and signed by "Drake" whoever the hell that is.

i talked to the apartment manager and nobody with the first or last name of Drake lives or works there, so i don't know what the deal is.

I'm sure newegg probably isn't directly at fault for this, but its kind of sad it took a harsh e mail to light a fire under their ass and actually try to find my package or at least show me some sign that they give two shits.

but w/e i just want my damn keyboard that i paid for, is that to much to ask? lol ::::16::

Since this doesn't really have anything to do with MMORPGs, I'm going to move it on over to the Off-Topic area.

You should still have records via email and if you used a credit card.    Tracking numbers are sent via email from NewEgg.  I'm looking at mine right now from a couple weeks ago.

i didnt read the whole thread becouse im such a lazy bastard so this may have been posted already, but anyways, i really dont think its neweggs fault becouse

    1. they also send you an email with the tracking number that only YOU can delete

    2. UPS lost it not newegg, if  it was sighned by someone else, and newegg told you it shipped to your adress, obviously its UPS's fault

    3. its newegg, why would they do this, it would ruin theyre reputation

I am sorry that this had happened to you and it angers me that newegg would do something like that...

but then I remember newegg's prices, customer service, and how they ship everything in amazing time....

I still bow down to Newegg!

This is exactly what you should do.

My boyfriend and I have spent well over $1500 from Newegg and never had an issue.  I guess there's one bad egg in every batch.

    Yeah, bad joke...  I know.
