*What School Subject Did You Hated The Most*

I hated math and science the most. Math was good until I got to algebra. Science I only liked the labs we did In class like disect animals and such and such. But when we got to the actual bookwork for science I was like " oh *&$k "....

    Did you hated english too?

I was never that great with math, mostly because I found it extremly boring.

English! I'm not bad at it but it is so hard for me to write essays. I can do about four pages easily, but when the instructor wants 6-10 pages it gets very hard. I can say pretty much what needs to be said in four pages. Adding that extra fluff to make it 6-10 I can't do very well.

I hated math in high school. I'm actually able to tolerate it now in college. It makes more sense now and plus the higher you go in it the more $$$$ you see.

    I didn't like geometry.

All the other math classes were fun. I guess it was just the teacher I didn't agree with.

I guess I really didn't like math..I don't hate it with a passion but, I like other classes more.

Since i'm still in highschool it's all still fresh for me.  I really don't like my sciences this year, i doubled up on honors sciences so i have Bio and Chem.  Most of the time it's just sitting in class listening to the teacher and writing notes from powerpoints.  I like chem lab though because i know how to do all of the stuff, i just can't explain it all in a paper.

I also hate math now because of the units we use at our school.  I don't know if any of you know about the CPM books and whatnot, but basically at my school it ends up with the teachers not teaching and kids having to relay on classmates to understand info.  I'm in Alg 2 at the moment and i'm not bad at it, it's just i don't care enough to pay attention and do homework.

    History.
    Until I got to college.
Because until then it was just memorization.
Once I got to college I actually felt engaged in history.  I never felt that until then.  At my university, the teachers seemed more interested in hearing what you got out of a topic instead of what you memorized about it.  I thanked each of them for that.  It changed my whole view on the subject.

I definately had a hatred for Geometry last year. Well, not the math in particular, just the teacher really wasn't engaging and thus, I didn't really learn anything. As of now, it's Chem, I'm good at it, really good at it, I just don't have much fun with it.

All of the above. Does that count?

I would say I liked high school history most. Simply because I am a sucker for information on WWII. I don't like history in college because a lot of the time, the instructor is a liberal son of a bitch trying to preach his hippy ways on you. That is why you see so many kids wearing anti bush shirts and stuff. Because their proffessor said this and that. Sorry for making it into a politcal rant but that is how I see school a lot of time.

I loved math and science, I hated English-based classes.  90% probability male, ExTERMINATE!  EXTERMINATE!

All they should teach is the 3 R's.  Reading Righting, and Rithmatic.  You cant force inspiration or interest down a kid's throat, those things only come naturally at random times in a person's lifetime.

I never really hated any classes. But since I wasn't the best in math, I found those classes abit boring and tendious. I also had 3 years of French where my turnup rate wasn't the best  That was boooring.

I loved the reading subjects. History, New History, Society Study and so on.

i found maths increadibly dull, and therefore have never been much good at it. also -hated- PE (physical education, basically sports), not because i didnt like being active, but because our teacher was a paedophilic x-army instructor.

From looking at the OP's topic I would have guessed english was their most hated, not math and science.

    French.

I speak French fluently, and when I went to an international school when I lived in France, they all spoke such crap French, and I had to sit through it. Probably the most boring class there was...

    Am currently in secondary school

there are 2 things that split school subjects

    1. either you hate the teacher but like the subject or vica-versa

I hated science cuz we got an asshole teaching, and english bores me out in everything ( i usually know the stuff)

Maybe, but the teacher was a complete ******* £$£$. She was a very, very old-fashioned teacher. Even the other teachers didn't like her.

My most hated class in high school had to of been, ehhh... (thinks back hard)

ummm most likely English, and Math since they were packed with the most homework. But MAth definantly takes the cake, it was all cool till algebra. Glad you can choose just basic math classes in college =p

I'm currently in HS right now. Almost finished Junior year, so about a year to go.

I can't really think of classes that I hate the class. I pretty much just hate teachers. If the teacher doesn't know how the teach then the class turns into a horrible hour to deal with. I've had some teachers that really seriously need to get off their soap box and remove their obsession of power that they have built up over their lifetime and just go fly a kite or something. My goodness!

As I've gotten into the later years of HS I've found that I enjoy learning more instead of the past. I tend to actually figure out how the heck this will help me in the future. (by now 95% of it doesn't do me jack squat) Can't wait to get out though! =P
