Yeah, so I have a lvl 15 thane now and my question is that how am I supposed to upgrade my armor to scale up with my lvl? Atm I've been buying stuff from vendors +I use some magic items I've found from mobs. Soon I'm gonna run low on cash so should I learn to make my own armor or should I hunt my items from mobs/bosses? Thanks to whom helps me.

In general, you should keep your armor orange. When it turns yellow start to work on getting some higher level armor so that when you armor does go blue you can change it to orange again. Blue will do you in a pinch, but if you get hit a lot, you will want armor than cons orange to you.
The amount of money you make at your level is not anywhere close enough to what you would need to be able to make level 20 armor. There are consignment quests you can do it get money to help your level your tradeskill, but given how long it would take and the crafting system, this will not solve your problem anytime soon.
What you should do is go into DF or instances in Catacombs. Then use the seals or aurulite to start purchasing better armor. The amount of aurulite droping is usually low at low levels, but you should be able to get a couple of decent items after awhile. The cash from Catacombs areas can be nice as well and you can use that to supplement your aurulite pieces with purchased gear.
Another option is to go to SI and hunt there. The random droped loot is better than in the original zones and there is more of it. If you hunt yellow/orange you should get a few decent drops now and then.
My recommendation to all new players is this:
Every 5 levels spend some time in the Instanced Dungeons collecting "Arulite". At level 9/10 you can get a full set of yellow con gear that will allow you to game very well till about 14/15. Then go back to the dungeon and get more. This time it'll take a little dedication but the payoff is worth it. Save up for a set of "level 20" arulite gear (it'll be AF20 if you're using cloth or AF 40 for the other types). Get a full set of that. It should be red/orange.
Then at 21/22 visit the next higher instances and collect Aru to get a set of level 30 (AF 60) gear and wear that (you'll be 23 and it'll con red/orange). Then at 25 start occasionally visiting and collecting Arulite so that at 34 you can get a full set of level 40 gear (it'll run you about 1500 arulite). Then you'll be set till about 44. At which time you'll probably be working on your epic quests and slowly replacing with epic gear and/or player made gear.
Doing it this way has 2 positive aspects:
1) you didn't spend a nickel on equipment/armor so you should have a nice chunk of change at level 45ish to buy player made armor with.
2) you were self sufficient and didn't rely on others to gear you up (sense of accomplishment).
I'll be the first to admit that the Aru hunt for level 40 gear takes a bit of dedication. Though if you hold off till 33 to do it you'll nicely ding 34&35 and about the same time as you hit 35 you'll have your 40 gear so you can go play in Molvik to your heart's content. Or you can go do task dungeons or quests or whatever floats your boat till 44 when you will want to buy your level 50 player made armor and/or do your epic quests to get epic armor.
Good luck however you decide to go. Bottom line: Aru gear is plenty good for levelling up and BG RvR. There's no need to sink money on items players find because Aru will give you just as nice a boost and there's no need to buy player crafted armor till it's REALLY important.
In general crafted armor IS better but the difference is insignificant till you're in your 40's. Also I've found that most crafters willing to make low level gear are over charging. Unless you're in a guild. In which case they will usually give discounts. Still better to do the Aru thing unless (a) really generous guildie(s) give(s) you a buncha cash.
