Lately, every almost single one of these open beta, and  are gettin crappier and crappier.

It seems like the developers and stuff are gettin to god dam lazy to even listen to the people who are tryin to make it better. And another thing, they are tryin to make more money by trying to make you buy stuff for real money just so you can Pwn the guy right next to you that is pissing you off and is hacking the shit for free. WTf is up with that?!?!?!?

Bastards.......

(BTW, Green Hippos are red not blue people!!!!)

((Riddle: If green hippos are red, then what color are the chickens??))

First off to the OP...,,, Games are not necessarily getting crappier but they are using the same game model as other games and therefore seem boring and repetitive.

what a biased pole...  and if you want games that aren't crappy you don't encourge them via using WoW,  or big company games in general....  the more competition there is the better the games will be lol.  lots of smaller companies equals better in my opionion.  and leaves lots of options open.

I find it amazing that by 2020 first world countries will be competing to get immigrants.

sure lots of small companies are turning out crap.  but thats because the populations are more critical of them,  smaller teams, in most cases they are just recycling junk with a spin, and most of all not having a bussiness model.

I agree very much with the origional poster.

Games are getting worse by the month and I blame instanced dungeons + developers who don't value the voices of gamers.

    I blame success. Why?

The success of a game means clones. Plain and simple. If a game does well, everyone tries to copy that game style to cash in on that lot of gamers. Thats why we see so many clones of great games.

There are very few people trying anything different, but, when they hit it big, they will be cloned as well.

It's the circle of life ::::21::

Success is part to blame, but even more so is the ever bloating development cost/time. As games get more technologically advanced they cost more and more to make and take longer to make than ever before. So if you are a publisher and you invest a hundred million dollars and three years into a single game, do you want the developer to try something that has never been done before and may fall flat on its face? Or do you want your developer to make a game that has been done a hundred times before, but is gauranteed to make some money?

Why does it hurt when I pee?
