The game is funny 

I know how to legally exploit the game (I think)
First, you right click on the screen, away from the fat dude.  It makes your cursor stay at the place, but when the guy jumps for it, left click on the other side of the screen, it allows your cursor to instantaneously teleport away without losing points



There's also this program that allows it to slow down, giving you more time to react, but that's another story.
