FFXI 360 registraion help

in Final Fantasy XI

i got this game today and i am having problem on the PlayOnline registration stuff

When i type in my D.O.B it comes up with "Error Code: POL - 1361"

Any help please

    Er, you can't register an account if you're under 18; if the D.O.B. you're entering reflects that, then that could be your problem...
