I think that the number of posts you can make each day should be limited to 5 or so for Novie Members raising more the higher rank you are. It will stop asshats like pornposter1,2,3 etc spamming every single forum.

Well I have never seen a regular user needing to make 20+ posts/threads per day anyway unless they are spamming. So I think a hard/permanent cap on non-staff people would not cause any problems.

(But I dont think the current forum-software can handle such limitations).

I don't think that there should be a cap on the number of posts that you can make in a day.  Since rank is based on the Quality of your posts and not the amount of posts, then it is a fair rank system.  If you don't like newer members getting higher rank than you, then try to improve the quality of your posts.
