Hi
Im thinking of getting D&DO (downloading/playing the trial currently) and have some questions while the trial is downloading
1) Can you jump?
2) Can you swim?
3) Can you craft items in any way?
4) How instanced is it?
5) Are there any major lag issues?
6) How hard is it to find a group?
7) Whats the fighting system like, i looked at some videos and saw a target circle thingy. Is it target and press skill keys or must i aim at the monster with my mouse?
8) How many skills can i have on my screen at one time, is it unlimited like WoW or limited like GW?
Thanks in advance

Comments
1)Yes
2)Yes
3)Not in any way shape or form
4)100% instanced
5)lots of reports of the public instances being laggy
6)Sometimes easy, some times not so easy
7)Depends on what you mean target, you have to have your mouse over it though, its not like guildwars combat.
8) i'm pretty sure you can have as many skills as you want
1) Yes you can jump but depend on
your Jump skill.
2) You can swim, and again it is depended on your skill, and type of armor
being worn.
3) No
4) 100% instanced. The quest of
instanced to the party. The rest of the
common area are instanced based on the number of people in the zone, but you
can move between instances.
5) Only when zoning into a nearly full instance, like the common pub areas.
6) Depends on your level
7) There are two ways to fight, from a fighter’s perceptive and not as a
caster. The first being that you click
the mouse and you swing at what even is in front of you. The other is auto
attack where you target a mob and you start swinging. Turbine states that the
auto-attack mode is slightly slower. In
either case you need to be facing the mobs, which are constantly moving
8) You have 10 slots of 10 hotkeys, which is more then enough.
