is there any server change anymore because Im wanting to start playing again after 2 years and I worry Slyph is packed

you can still choose a server, if you can get someone from that server to get you a world pass key (costs 1000 gil and is valid 72 hours)
other than that, when you create your first character, a server is selected at random, and all toons created after that go in that same server.
.... and just a little heads up..... SE will delete any inactive content ID's after a certain period (3-6 months i think). so if you took a two year break and had a well established toon then dont expect them to be there if you renewed your sub.
At the moment, that isn't true. They started their "Return home to Vana'diel campaign". Which enables anyone who still has their playonline account active, and has had their content id/id's de-activated, and are passed the reactivation point, bring back their characters. It ends on May 31st.

If you go through the steps on the link i gave, then you shouldn't have anything to worry about. As long as you still have your playonline id.
