    Not meant to be a flame, but I allready played CoH (dont care what people say, CoV is the same game turned backwards...oh look, I'm PLACING bombs instead of DISARMING them!) and it gets SO old SO fast...same quests with differect trappings ad nauseum. Great combat system, but it gets old doing the same things so damned much.

    Nothing really special there, imo.
    Sure, the graphics are sweet. Destroying placeables is nice too. And engageing in Super-hero PvP ofcourse sounds like fun.
    But i've played both CoV and CoH before, and well.. I dont find the general gameplay all that fun, at all.

    I signed up for the 14 day trial for CoV.

    I played the CoV stress test as well.

    I loved the character creation when I first tried CoV.  Played the actual game for about 30 minutes before I got bored with it.

    I started the free trial just so  I could screw around with the character creation again.  Best thing about the game, imo.

    My story exactly the same. I wish they made a single-player COH/COV game (playable offline) where all you could do is create new chars... My sub-zero lookalike (and i managed to name him sub zero, or something like that) is totaly awesome!


    I am the type of player where I like to do everything and anything from time to time.

    City of heroes/villains is one of the games on my pc that I won't remove. Every once in a while they let me reactivate my account (that I have never once paid for). I have a level 20 hero and a level 20 villain. I look forward to playing this every time I get an email saying that my account is reactivated. However, I only play it when they reactivate my account for free because otherwise the whole game is the same repetitive thing.

    I loved CoH and CoV but like everyone else said the missions are too repeditive. Other than that no other game even comes close to the customization, also the power effects are cool. It's a good game but man it gets boring too fast.

    Put it on the All Access Pass and I'll play it, otherwise not gunna. It's one of those games I like to play 1-2 times a month tops but not worth 15 bucks a month.

    How do u keep getting them? I only got reactivated once :( Damn those reactivation gnomes, they hate me or something cuase they never visit or even write me a letter.

    CoH is a great game , and it hits you right in the face with its awsomness

    Problem is , it gets old very fast image

     

    I wish they added just few more maps for the missions , at least
