what's up with all the corny unoriginal guild names, sometimes from good guilds.  heres a few i've come across

• requiem
• the forgotten order
• order of shoadows
• dread
• nightmare inc.

you get the idea.  these names are so terribly unoriginal.  they sound like bad movies.  if your creating this name thinking it's going to catch people's eye, think again, it's recycled garbage we've heard over and over again.  set yourself apart, make a name people will remember.  what's next, "lost souls?  the chosen? pain for pleasure?"

again flame me all you want, i'm not trying to be a dick, i'm just trying to encourage some creativity here.  i can't imagine changing my bands name to one of these rediculously redundant names, we'd be laughed off stage.

your very right realmike, most guild names are still original and corny. you should come to my server and see some of the italian and such guild names I have to put of with. some people even have the thought on an rp server to make their guild name Toast, wow how cool. i don't know if my is original or not, but i've never heard my guild name before, i created it to be unoriginal.
