I need help

I want to love this game, but I am having a "blond" moment or something, but I cannot find menu's that allow me to quit, attack, change graphics, or anything else for that matter. What am I missing? Where are all of my menus/options?

The graphics options will be at your character selection screen.  Lower right-hand corner is a button labeled 'options'.

I'm not positive on the other menus that you are looking for -- I'm at the office atm and use a custom ui, and will look once I get home -- but if you click on your character sheet (the leftmost button on the menu to the top right of your in-game screen) you should see a button labeled 'menu' and this button should bring up exactly what you are looking for.  If this information is wrong and someone doesn't correct/add to it before I get home I will post the correct answer to your question then.

First is to make sure you can see your UI.  If there is nothing there for you to click, then hit your tab key.  That should pull up your UI.  It should be autopopulated if you are a new character. 

/q is how you quit

F6 key is your default attack

Click on a spell or combat style icon in your character information.  Then move it to your quickbar.  Once there you can click on it to cast or use the combat style.

/keyboard gives you your keyboard commands

When you are on the character select screen you can change your options for mouse, keyboard, graphics, etc.  To get here, you /q and will go to that page.  Or, on the login into the game you do not select a character.  Instead choose "no thank you" and then select your sever.  You will then be on the character login screen.
