All the Customer Support call centers for every single US company is moving to (if not already there) India, so why not just move EVERYTHING there? Im with Clackamas on this one, if US companies want to send their jobs to other dumbass countries because they want to save a few dollars then fuck them.
P.S. The reason I veered off there is because my good friend just lost his job working for Dell. Dell moved all their call centers to India, and didnt tell any of their employees until their last day at work, so him and about 300 other people at his building got screwed in the ass, go USA.

now you know why SOE can't handle pre-cu,
if they can't push live a NGE publish 28, how the hell are they supposted to manage a complex pre-cu system with over 30 professions ? with the current developer team, a pre-cu system under sony online entertainement would be the biggest dissaster there is

For 2.5 years, we were taking your money, and doing nothing. They you started complaining too much, and we started losing money. So we fired tons of people, and now the remaining 5 who are stuck with this need to learn how to even do a publish.

That's just amazing. They've had 28 tries to get this right, and if anything the process keeps getting worse with each publish. I mean at least Pre-cu (most of the time) the worst you had to worry about was rubberbanding (which was still there last time I played in Feb/March!) and not sitting in a chair right. You didn't lose levels or some of the other crazy things that have happened.
Though it seems that with publish 28 they are starting to see a mutiny even of the fanbois,many of them who called us idiots for not trusting the SWG dev team that they were sorry and it won't happen again.
As I said before, Smedley is the drunken man in a wifebeater saying to his wife "I'm sorry I'll never do it again" and the fanboi who actually thinks they will make things better is the wife beaten one too many times.
Your giving them waaaay to much vredit.. Its 28 publishes and how many patches and hotfixes.. Dont forget those... I think they made it all the way to Hotfix 27.11 or 27.12 before 28.00 came out.
