Err not realy 100%,you cant use escrow,you cant "give money" to players unless you dock and trade with them directly,also you cant train some of the adv skills,well even if you could it would take about 14 days or more to get to them.There use to be a time were it wasnt restricted at all,but because of some people choosing to keep getting trial accounts and playing over and over and then transfering the cash before period ended to a char that they might activate someday.
i think all trials should give you 100% access it gives you a real feel for the game and if they dont give 100% then they are hiding something like SWG i was very disapointed because all the reviews i read were sayin it will be gd and yea i got excited im sure alot of ppl did but no it sucks.
way back as me started SWG with a trial (april 2004) there was only 1 limitation :my ingame bank account limit was 50k credits and no limitations on top of that,thas why i saw the whole game and stayed for a long time (since the hit of well known NGE mess).But now games overall quality falls behind expectations and also "trials" ...LoLz

It's a free trial. It's separate from the rest of the game (just like the trials in EQ and EQ2) to prevent people from using multiple free accounts to exploit the system and grief other players. Out of curiosity, if you vets here had free trials that allowed you access to Mos Eisley, how many of you would create a character to stand out front the startport yelling "F**K THE NGE" for 14 days straight?
I protest with my dollars by withholding them, as do most of the other vets. We are wise enough to know that you can't fight the battle from the inside.
Besides, I don't even want to have that thing on my machine, let alone log into it and be yet another of its victims. There's nothing noble in that.
