The only way to get a CD key is to buy the game. Heck, with the right retailer, you could even use "paypal or somthin".

a) Trading CD keys is against these forum rules, as well as the EULAs for this (and most other) games
b) I don't see your point in doing this in the first place. If you're willing to pay the person for the CD key, why not just go buy your own boxed copy and get the full game (I saw your other post) and a CD key in one package.
