Specials reset???

When you level up you gain skill points you can use on "specials" class and faction specific.  Is there a way to reset these if you want to try something different?  Like in WOW you can pay 1g to get all your Skill points back and respec them.

    Its definitly in the prioritys of the devs they made a post about it
    with a list of what theyre working on. Next patch hopefully. No eta has
    been given yet but chances are it wont be this week with E3 around the
    corner.
