Not sure how long the signup form has been listed on the new re-designed website, but its there!  Wooot!

Btw, I posted this on the main forums first then later realized this would be a good place to post as well.

    I think this Beta sign up just came out today. I'm hoping signing up early gives me an edge.
    Does anyone know how many people they are accepting into this beta?

    Yes, this is the first day it has been up.  And I'm sure signing up so quickly will give you some sort of an edge if you have what they are looking for.  Hopefully we all can get in :)

    I suspect NC Soft will do everything possible to ensure L2 is ready for prime-time. They know who their major competitors are going to be this year and any edge they can have over said competitors (EQ2, UXO, WoW), including having more people in the beta and a beta process that starts sooner is probably better for them.

    So, it's possible every propeller-head (I'm including myself in this, BTW) applying on the first day will be included unless we come across like blithering idiots in the application...then of course, that person still may....

    It will be interesting to see how many people end up getting selected....of course, I applied. image

    Hmm, I singed up... but I also Pre-Ordered the game from EB Games in which they are supposed to put us in the beta. Now I just wonder how all that is going to work.

    Anyone still getting the internal server error? I tried screwing around with the genre of games played boxes, but nothing works.

    I was able to sign up without any problems on the first try. I think that I picked 4 different things in the game genre. If I remember correctly, I picked Action, Adventure, Role Playing and Strategy Online.

    Maybe their server is having problems dealing with the sheer ammount of people trying to sign up?

    Yes, I don't think the problem has to do with the game genre.  There server is probably incredibly crouded with the rush of people applying.  Just keep on trying to submit every couple minutes and you will eventually get to the approval screen.

    do less on the genre and shorten up your single player games and it should work

    How much time I have that to wait pra to create my account!

    They could of saying how much time I have that to wait it ties that they send me the email speaking of the account in line age 2 ???? image

    I think you were asking for how long you have to wait for an account. I read in the support section that it can take anywhere between a week to a month before invites are sent out. Mind you that these are all being hand chosen so just because you applied doesn't mean you will get in.
