I have decided to buy AA and play it, but I am still wondering what race to take part in, I was wondering from those that have played the game so far which class for every race is the best. I personally love the Terminator and the Biomeks extra beefed up stats in hit points, but im not sure if I want to be Biomek, I was wondering if being a Human Tank would be less superior, you get the picture, like what class for every race is the greatest and most fun.

I play a mutant Champion and I love it. With my built in healing, I almost never have to run back to town to heal up. When I played a human, I was constantly flying back in for repairs... which ate up a lot of my time. My guy also acts as a tank and a major damage dealer. Lot of fun.
The terminator is the equivalent class of mine, but on the Bio side. Yes, they have extra hp and armor, BUT they can't heal up like I can. In arena matches however, where fights are usually pretty short, I don't have time to fully heal so the Biomeks may have the advantage there. In the pvp zone, however, I could see mutants being better off because they don't always have to turn tail and run back to base for a heal.
But whatever you do.... don't play human! Humans are way too overpopulated right now. At the very least, go Bio.
Given that the object of the game is to destroy enemies and demolish your surroundings, it could be argued that the 'greatest' in this regard is simply the Martial Classes for each faction. It's direct, it's easy to understand, and you always know what your role is should you ever group. The Martial Classes offer good damage and good protection.
There is some evidence however, that in the late game period when you have leveled up quite high, that the Stealth Classes pull ahead. Their damage becomes top-tier, having gained many powerful attack skills and weapons specially designed for them. This is a delayed 'greatness', many seem to feel, from my reading of people's posts on the AA boards. You must go through earlier levels of feeling like an easy target, spending alot of time having INC airlift you to a nano-repair pad.
The other two options, the Support Classes and the Officer Classes are theoretically designed with team play in mind. I say theoretically because I typically see them acting just the same as everyone else, which is to say, soloing most of the time. Support Classes may have the toughest time of it, I've read quite a few complaints about being able to produce enough damage to kill certain mobs later in the game. On the other hand, they are quite durable, and can be built to survive combat that others could not, waging battles of attrition rather than fast-nuke capabilities.
The profession I have the most experience with is the Officer Class, having mostly played a Mastermind of the Biomek Order. It started off fairly well, I seemed to solo about like anyone else; there's not alot of variation between you and everyone else early in the game. After level 21 is when I found myself relying more and more on my pets (you get your fourth summons at that level), staying in Pet Focus Combat Mode more often. It's more survivable, but it's also more dull; at least for me. If you go the Officer Class route, read the official AA boards so you will know which pets to invest skill points in, and which to not bother with. I'm hoping for a respec, myself. A drawback of the Officer Class is that given your limit on number of pets, many of your skills will go unused, which just seems wrong to me.
As far as which race to pick, that's really a matter of personal choice, and I recommend not letting others make it for you. Humans get a damage shield, mutants get regeneration, and Biomeks get a bonus to defense. General opinion seems to be that mutants get the short end of the stick in terms of their racial ability, but also that mutants have the best and most interesting story lines from their missions. You needn't worry about Human Tank being less superior. In fact, I've seen more than one person refer to it as Easy Mode.
Well, those were my general impressions, I hope it helps. If nothing else, you can give each one a try since the early levels come very fast. You can easily get to level 10-12 in a solid evening of playing once you've learned the basics of control and combat, and if you stick to missions which are very rewarding in terms of experience points.
me i personally prefer lieutenant.
i just like having a holotrooper attacking while thers a techcenter behind me and im shooting up my target as well.
