I tried to re-activate my account for Eve on tuesday. I got this error about a "payment is pending and to try again tommorow" when I tried to update my account info and re-activate(via credit card). I tried on Wednesday and still got the error so I contacted a GM on the issue. They didn't know how to help me, so my case got sent to a senior GM. Well, my guess is that there are very few senior GMs because it's Sunday now and I still get the same error. I gues it also possible the senior GMs don't work weekends but that still leave them part of wednesday, thursday and friday... I had hoped to get online before the server upgrade, since my account has been inactive six months and was worried that they might delete my character since the server upgrade may have been the time to do server cleaning. Now, I'd just like to get in the game again, even if I have to start over, which I might do any way.
Has any one else had this problem before? If so, did you have to do any thing to resolve it or was it entirely on CCP's end?
