Servers seem to be always down

Hi there, I've registered for the 7 day trial. I noticed there's a long maintenance on the 15th. I checked back today and saw the update saying it's done. But after running the DDO client, it still says all the servers are down. Is there anything I'm missing here?

they have informed everyone that the servers will be down on that day for maintaince.  try them again tomorrow.  they arent always down either.
