hello, ive never played this before, and im thinking about it though.  i was just wondering that if anyone could give me starting advice for if i do (and prolly will) play.

Second Life is a game better suited for adults.  There's no figthing, no spells, no elves, none of what the other games have.  It's something like the Sims On-line but way better. 

Everything is realistic looking.  It's a game dealing with every day life.  Anything you can do in rl you can do here.

They also have Second Life for teens without adult related content.  If you're loooking for an action packed game this isn't for you.

Yeah its no cs source The whole game is based on money, if youre not playing a game in someones bingo hall they made then youre making things praying that theyll sell or youre buying land to make your own home / bingo hall. Thats pretty much it - there are some people that make amazing things like theme parks and dont mind absorbing the monthly fee ($100s) for watching their creation - if you can get a free account to look around that should last you an afternoon on a rainy day.
