With the failure to open IP address or whatever the error is I cant remember exactly you can just click next and go through it. Doesnt effect the game play at all. It is due to the recent server move and all. Pretty fast and simple fix. nothing is really needed to get around it.

It has to be firewall. Check if you have default windows firewall on. If you are connecting via router there could be firewall also on router.
