WarCry has just posted an interview with "Zyrca" a software engineer at Turbine. Here is a snippet from that interview (link to full preview below):
WarCry: What changes have you made to the game you're most proud of? Consider the most significant?
Zyrca: There are two particular changes that I am proud of. Neither one of them are fully visible to players yet, which doesn't mean I won't tease you about them! The more visible one is items that can be used while on a hook. You've seen Olthoi Resurgent, which is a book that can be placed on a hook and read. You've seen the new Chalkboards which allow you to read and write on a book that is on a hook. Well, books certainly aren't the only things that can be used on hooks, and reading things is not the only thing that can be done with items on hooks.
