This bug was discovered as we were testing the last version of the server that brings major additions regarding global stability.
It is created during communication between client and server and prompt a Base crash - inducing a server reboot.
No need to pretend that they wanted to hide something, everyone was informed whats going on all you have to do is open offical forum and read news section.

NDA's are null and void anyway. They are specious arguments and carry no weight of law. They can ban you for "breaking" it but nothing else.
Too many ignorant people seem to think that these companies can write law and sue you over NDA's, etc....get a clue people. If you think I am wrong provde me with a citation showing a court case disputing this.
Good luck, no one had been able to provide me with one in 30+ years. There is one known case about an EULA and even that is not really what people read into it.
An NDA is a "contract" but unfortunately it is missing so many parts of what makes a contract binding. Besides I defy you to provide any paper I signed for all but one NDA I have ever been under.
There was one that actually made me fax a signed copy to them, but then that was a large legit company that obviously had real lawyers not some leet doodz that think they can bulldoze the average ignorant MMORPG player.
This is %100 correct. They can ban you from their forums, they can ban you from their game, but they can't sue you for your money. And that's a SIGNED NDA -- the strength of an NDA splash screen is feeble at best.
Think: In order to sue you, they would have to show that your breaking the agreement caused them financial harm; and then that financial harm would have to be in excess of the cost of hiring a lawyer, otherwise it wouldn't be worth it. Saying, "I was in beta and the game sucked" is hardly worth an international lawsuit.
Finally, in order for any NDA to be binding, the corporation the agreement protects has to be involved in LEGAL activity. Saying, "This game is a fraud, don't buy it," when the game really is a fraud is the same as saying, "Hey, these people are criminals!" As you all may know, criminals can have you killed for giving them up, but they can't sue you for it.

I know of one EULA case won but it was concerning copyright infringement only. And only used as supporting evidence, not the smoking gun itself.
