Everquest Escape to Norrath install problem

I went onto the offcial everquest.com site and was going to try out the 10 day trial for free. If I am not mistaken, this doesnt require and credit card right?

Anyways, I am a member of the fileplanet.com community as well and downloaded from that site. However when I downloaded it and got ready to install it. I always get this error >> De-Bug..

I tried it several times by fileplanet, but just not having luck on the install. Is there another way of downloading this trial just to get it installed on my computer without having to use a credit card?
