Getting the message "NOT ALLOW TO ENTER
You are not allow to enter the second phase of this contest because you already were a confirmed winner in the first phase. Sorry! "

 

I'm assuming its because first phase entries are in phase 2? Because I didn't win Phase 1...just wondering.
