guys.. how you love it?

sucks graphics

sucks background music

a lot of griding

and very much hackers

how you can love it?!?!?!

    I used to play this game sometime ago and my opinions weren't anywhere near yours. I found a lot of cool friends while playing, and that's the bigger reason why I liked it. Also the graphics ain't bad, as a matter of fact they're pretty cool for only being 2D, along with the well made animations to it, so no disrespect in that, 2D for the win!
    I never found the background music disturbing either, although I'd rather turn on some music while playing (which I usually do when playing MMOs). And the thing that makes grinding fun in this game is the sidescroller perspective, it sorts of reminds me a bit of Super Mario(not the gameplay tho). So I don't see a reason why not to like this game. Eh?

    And I never met any hackers so I've got nothing to say to that.

    Ive played it to it sucks i dont like it at all i ratehr play runescape then maple story (believe me rs is dumb)

    Well, that just depends on what type of guy you are, me myself have always been kneeweak for 2D games so I can't say I dislike the game.

    WTF ARE UP WITH U PPL? if u dont like a game then u dont have to go through all the trouble just to scare ppl away from it.  thats just wrong.  if u dont like a game then play what games u dont like.  dont waste ur time just to make a forum thread about how much u hate a single game and get over it and find another game to play.  DAMIT UR ANNOYING!

    First of all, I can understand why you made no friends in the game, cause you can't even speak proper english. Second, graphics don't suck at all. It's 2D and the sprites are actually very well made. The backround music doesn't suck either, sometimes the elliania music gets stuck in my head though . Grinding really isn't that bad until level 50+ in my opinion. But by then, depending on your class, you should own and have lots of friends to help you out and party with, which keeps it interesting for me. I will admit though, the hackers do suck. There have been an increasing amount lately.

    To rocking_ufo, how the hell can you even say that? Just mentioning that name... *shivers*

    and to dafuzzle, thank you for finally understanding that the MMO community is full of noobs that just like the flame other games, cheers

    I dont like the game but the graphics are great, the 2d style and(i think hand drawn) backrounds i love.
    Yeah the grind sucks more than L2, you get to like 13 and then you have to kill like 87581758 things to lvl again, then you have to pray you have enough money to get that new weapon or you go back out adn grind/ farm again. The music can get annoying but HERES A GOOD IDEA!TURN OFF YOUR SPEAKERS DUMASSS.

    This is about Maplestory not Runescape so shut it. :)

    Anyway its about what you think about the game. You might think the games suck but others dont. I played it but now I kinda stopped playing it. Also the music fits in the game what music do you want to be init? >_>   And Lakritz said he made cool friend and I also did. I know its grinding but then just don't play it? Its not about leveling ,being the best its about games. I play games to be away from the trouble I got,to have fun.

    I love it because you have complete controll of your character, i mean what other MMO lets jump over the enemy and hit em in the back, you could say WoW but its not as cool, camra angles and shit. Well anyhoo thats my opinion

    I've always had a thing for these killing monsters to earn exp. games, Maplestory isn't the best in my opinion because of its childish elements. But still it's a great game for people who wanna set their own long term goals and see the outcome
