NDA questions on rules

umm... do i have to be 18 to sign up for betas that require the NDA agreement.  I hope not cause on lineage 2 sign up i put that i was under 18 and on the WoW signup I wanted to know if i needed to be 18.  Any comments and ideas would help/

    okay,
    an NDA is a legally binding contracts.
    people under 18 cannot sign a legally binding contracts.

    BUT

    most times, a legal guardian can sign the NDA, and thus the guardian would claim full responsabilty for your actions.

    so Really, I think it will be open to all ages, 13+ (teen rating)

    Yes, you are correct Munki.....a legal guardian can sign the NDA and therefore you would only have to be 13 years old.  No younger than that though.
