There are quite a few technology in this game that are bleeding edge.

I hear they are indeed working on an expansion. It is going to be a lot more in depth gameplay wise, the graphics and playability will be unparraleled within the gameing industry, I for one cant wait. I think it will be called solitaire.
My favorite is when they send you an email saying they haven't heard from you in 72 hours and will close the ticket in 24 when they never responded to you in the first place to give you something to respond to.
Some guy lost his char after the rollback, contacted the GMs to get it back. They told him they would have to "talk to the devs and would have to manually level the character blah blah this is all we can do." LOL

"Listen, I don't want to talk over you guy's heads, but I got an Associates Degree in English, so understand that I may be better educated than you." ... "It's a complex game and, honestly, probably better suited to those of higher learning.
