Nah that game dies then sticks it's hand out of the grave then dies again..a zombie game. Near as I can tell the website is back down for like the sixth time. Hell, DnL might be a good game if they could get some people who knew how to make a game in there working on it.

I've been active on the boards for a very long time too, June 2003, and have been active alot, moderator etc.
And i have been told to not express my negative opinion on DnL as well. So saying: He only wrote 30 posts might count for him (how do you know he wasnt active on the beta boards if he was a member and posted there for a long time) but it wont for me.
DnL is NOT what they say it is. It is NOT what it should have been and even if they take out all of the bugs in the game at the moment it would still take them months to get even the promised 60% of the features in that where announced to be in at every releasedate in the last 3 years.
And his threat to create boards for subscribers only is hilarious. Insulting to long time fans, bad for new players (you have to buy the game before you can actually read anything on it? *lol*) ...
Vuuar might not be a community representative, but then he should not go and post on the boards. Leave it to the people that know how to communicate ... if i would even try to speak to one of the customers of the company i work for, i would be out of the job faster than i could even say "DnL is Crashing". But - hey - Vuuar is attacking the base of his game and even people paying (since its NOT as if people paying for the game would all say its good ... the subscribers forum will be filled with people saying the game is crap as well, since it is at the present state.) ... why bother? This only shows how he sees his clients and the users on his boards that are following the game since 3 years.
Just an example of the 'talk and explain" he tried so desperately to get his people to do. I have never experienced anything like this in the 6-7yrs I have been playing mmos. This is absolutely psychotic.

It doesnt matter how insulting the old fanboi was, he is a customer, and in this situation Vuuar is not a human, but a CSR - an employee. Thus, he cannot insult or call names under any circumstances. If he feels his client is insulting, he should of deleted his post or thread and/or locked it, but never answer in an insulting or even impolite way. I work as a CSR, and I get my own share of insults, when I get those, I simply hang up the phone or refuse service to the person who is insulting me. If you work for a company (especially if u r CSR), you will know that you cannot act on emotions and call someone else names or be impolite - thats very unprofessional.

All that you have said is true. And they STILL continue to ignore the terrible state this game is in and will tell anyone and everyone how fantastic it is. What gets me is they dont understand, that by NOT being honest about the state of the game, all they are doing is making ppl angry when they DO get in the game. Its not the hatebois spreading the hate of this game, its the company itself, along with their shills, who are promoting the bad publicity simply due to their false comments on the state of the game.
They think they are too smart, too clever for anyone to see through the guise. And thats what gets them in the back. The arrogance and total shameful ethics/actions are what is bringing this game down more than any hateboi or hatebois for that matter could even think about doing.
