How do I cancel??

I am trying to figure out after buying the game and shelling out 55 dollars...How do I cancel my account?  I have looked everywhere and don't see how to do it.

I must say I am  very displeased with the game after playing for just one day.  I won't repeat everything I have seen on these forums but I would like to know how to get my money back. 

This is very disturbing ... I feel as though I was ripped off.

yes call your credit card company, tell them there is no customer service access for your account on their site, explain the situation that the game is not playable as intended and not as advertised. They will do a chargeback.

Actually, I believe it was Priscilapram that posted that she spoke with her credit card company and she actually has up to two years to file any kind of dispute with the charges , especially when it is not delivered, or not delivered as promised, etc, etc. I do believe tho most companies will do it right away if you do it within a week, or 30 days. Some still give you 90 days. Others still give you 180 days. So honestly, its best to call right away and find out anyway.

Good luck to you. Calling them direct seems to be the best and most direct route. Farlan is giving C&B the runaround and they in turn give the runaround to you, so cut to the chase and call your credit card company.
