Iv downloaded the trial and as soon as it starts a message comes up saying it can not creat a screen for the game then says (1024x768 32bits) can some 1 tell me what this means and how can i fix it??

    Hmmm

    I had this once when I tried to play it on a quite old putor, there the graphics card there couldn't handle it, but it might be something else, so I suggest you download Klients the live support tool, theres always someone around to help you out there

    Are you trying to play on a Laptop? A friend of mine´s got the same problem.
    The  SIS Graphic-Cards  that are built into most "Work" Laptops aren´t able to cope with Open GL and Direct-X9. :( SoR needs a pretty powerfull Set of CPU, RAM and Graphic-Card to funktion normaly.
    Your trouble stems from SoR being preset to 1280*1024 resolution upon starting it. It seems either your Screen can´t handle this or more likely the Graphics Card.
