in Dark and Light

I need your energy to counter an attack on this website.  Dark and Light has received a rating of 3.9.  This is the same rating held by "The Lost City of Vampires."  Say what you like about the game but I don't think it deserves that low a rating.

Look at that screenshot.  As you can clearly see from the screenshot "The Lost City of Vampires" is both badass and supercool and doesn't deserved to be placed on the same level with crap like "Dark and Light".  Come on!  We're talking about vampires with Ultima Online graphics.  That's way better than the stuff Farlan is selling.  Help me to give "The Lost City of Vampires" the rating it deserves.

    I can't believe I'm going to type this but...

    I think DnL looks better than what you showed us in that SS.

    I have figured out how to solve the DnL problem. This is for Farlan and ASSociates:

    1.) Stop all advertising of the game.

    2.) Shut down the servers.

    3.) Gather the information of the people who love the game (all 3 of them and their various alts).

    4.) Play your "fantastic" game on a LAN connection.

    There ya go. The sadists...er, people who enjoy DnL can be happy in there fantasy realm, divided from each other only by their parent's basement walls. And the rest of us in the great land of reality can wash the stain from our hearts and minds and spend our money on more valuable commodities, like pet rocks. Oh, and I agree with the OP. No game, no matter how bad, should share the same or lower ranking than DnL

    While I think it's pretty humerous that DnL ranks the same as the lame vampire-Diablo-clone....

    I don't think it's cool to ask people to blindly rate a game they've probably never seen just for the sake of lifting its rating above another game.

    You start doing that, and all of MMORPG's ratings will lose their credibility.

    I already know Dark and Lights sucks @ss, I don't need a dishonest rating to tell me that.

    Thank you to everyone who has voted so far.  The Lost City of Vampires
    has moved up about half a point.  But the work is not yet complete.

    Undercover 2: Merc Wars



    These games are less than a point above Dark and Light.  Imagine that
    you work for the companies that created these awesome games.  Now
    imagine how you'd feel if someone compared your game to Dark and
    Light.  Channel your rage and/or disgust into action.  Vote to increase
    the ratings of "The Lost City of Vampires", "Clan Lord", and
    "Undercover 2: Merc Wars".

    uh, he wasnt serious ya know...it was a tongue-in-cheek of the request by the Dev at DNL to "counter the attack at mmorpg.com " regarding the poor rating it is getting. A moderator at their forum suggesting "cheating" by having everyone give DNL a 10 and all other games a 1. A copy of both are in these threads with the links to show. It was indeed a spoof of the DNL true life antics.

    No only DNL claims that and does that, cept the cease and desist part.

    only company I have ever seen a Dev or representative beg for the fans to bump ratings is NP3

    it's quite humorous though seeing DnL get pwned by this and those other turkeys just above it, I guess it is true that payback really is a bitch
