EVERYWHERE I go, I see people claiming that you must have a premium account to hold land. That is not true, and I feel there needs to be some clarification here. I'm also going to post this on the SL forums.
To have a premium account means to will recieve 500 linden dollars a week as opposed to 50, and it also comes with 512 square meters of "Land tier". It is possible to pay for pure Land Tier and not be a premium account. For example, I pay 5 dollars a month to hold 512 square meters of land. I do not get the 500 linden dollar stipend, because I don't -need- it.
Premium accounts and land ownership are not the same thing!
