AoC vs UO

aha! it`s not a joke! and i`m not a stupid! i just wandering what about real skills???

I see that all games have skills, but there is different! some of them have basicle skills... like str, dex. int. it named like "Stats", and "Fighting" skills like attaka, defence, abillity to use different weapons. BUT!!! that`s not anough!!! Ultima Online relised (if i am not mistake) in 1986 but there are still many people play in that! Whay? couse it`s realy interesting! It`s looking like real life! thare so much skills (real life skills) that you live thare!You can creat different items, weapons,armor, bow, some alchemy, you can make the house, make walls,some vases and pictures, furniture...Do you know what i mean? ok, WoW take couple of that skills like "mining", "blacksmithing" and e.t.c but it`s not anought! no realy it`s boring! you have to olways fighting, you know just blood and meat!!! lets take La2 thare is only one rase have some crafting skills it is Dfarf, but....!in UO Video Graphic is bad for our age! we live in modern world, we all have good machines (PC) and it improving so fast taht it`s imposible olways have the best and new! Programmers improving the games,Video graphic but i see taht all last relised games just fights games, are we just killing machines?ok it`s funny fighting but not hole time! no realy it`s boring kill and kill all the time! what if some one create game like UO with all skills but with AoC game play and Graphic and game control you know + jumping +full 3D +first person view? a? what do you thing? may be +fighting real fighting like in fighting games (Taken 3, Mortal Kombat (in this games programmers work only on fighting system) with real marshal art) lets take all pluses from all games and insert it in one real bigest mmorpg game! it will the best!!!

So about AoC... if be onest i dont know anything about skills in this game, i try to faind out it but failed, any way i soo many trailers, screenshots, it`s realy nice game i`ll play in that but i am realy intersting in skills!!! someone know anything about that???will it posible make and create some items or it will new one boring, fighting mmorpg with good video graphic???

P.S. I`m REALY SORRY ABOUT MY ENGLISH! i know i did many mistakes (it`s not may native language) SORRY but i`ll whai answer on my opinion!!! thanx!!!!!!!!!

    Ultima Online had its days and still has a strong following whether retired players or not. Its a shame that Lord British  didt push enough for the UO2 to come out

    However was a fun game when I used to play it back in 1998. Played for 2 years and made the switch to EQ after my guild decide to try something different.

    Will AoC be the one? It looks promising, but I dont think it can ever be a Ultima Online re-incarnate. UO was a trendsetter for its days and with mmo's out there now, everyone likes the simplicity of mmo's and not the complexity anymore (except the golden age vet players).

    Hopefully AoC makes it marks in the mmo industry, this one I am waiting for

    With the lack of skill based advancement in favor of leveling, AoC will not be UO. Also, I don't forsee AoC having much non-combat related content, which is what made UO. ;S
