Well is it just me or are the current *paying* players being actually yanked around MORE than in the BETA 3 years ago?
I've been reading the developer posts and they actually JOKE about adding back an old Classic feature -- target lock/auto aim. What kind of arrogance is that?
I hope we have more dignity than to tolerate this crap.
I can't believe people are still playing this game. If you had played pre CU Star Wars you'd be just in awe as I am now. Don't wait to cancel your accounts, do it now! Cancel for Pre CU Classic servers, cancel for fun and most of all cancel for self respect! Personally I cancelled about a year or so ago after the CU.
Looks like the BOR is being timed to on July 4th as well. Ironic isn't it?
I've noticed something interesting on the game forum lately. Anyone supportive of NGE seems to talk about the plan notes, or ideas that were brought up -- but not actual things in the live game.
Do they not understand that this is a 3 year old game that had these same ideas gutted from it? Can they really be that ignorant?
isn't it sad to see a CU icon like the avoid incap re-used for some stupid generic heal?
OH.... and isn't it WEIRD how the old classic MONOCHROME icons actually conveyed meaning better than these new WoW style cartoon recycled iconic trash!??
Just wanted to say good luck with the effort - I'm concerned it won't make much of a dent in subs or impression with $OE, but I wish all participants in this effort the best of luck nonetheless.

The only language SOE and LA understands is $$. The only way to make them listen to what the customer base wants is by cutting off the money through mass cancelations. As long as SWG turns a profit, SOE will continue to short change its customers.
We can't ask for change, we must force it. With mass cancelations, SOE and LA will be forced to listen to the wants and desires of the playerbase, and forced to make the changes that are wanted in game.
I have resubbed once since I canclled in DEC, and have since uninstalled SWG. The only way SOE ever gets any of my money, is either classic servers, rollback or a complete change in direction with the NGE to include a hard target lock, auto attack, and the addition or some new professions(a ranger/ch type of profession). Unless SOE and LA go back to the core RPG/Virtual world elemnts of the game, instead of this console style of action adventure game play, no SOE game will ever come anywhere near my computer, and that includes Vanguard. And if the EMU beats them to it, then I will support a private server for the EMU with the money that SOE could have been getting from me.
I still play SWG it's no where near how good it was PRE NGE. I don't wish to quit and leave the galaxy on there the community though smaller is stil good.
But I plan on never buying any SOE product ever again be it online or offline, you lost yourself a future customer SOE for destorying a game that didn't need a NGE

what galaxy are you on? if we get EVERYONE involved on live than this will really be a great thing.
