Specific Style of MMORPG

Hi guys, first time posting on here, but couldn't think of a better place to ask.

I've never played a MMORPG, but plenty of RPGs on console and PC. Basically i am not a PVP/PK type player. I prefer to be the person that mines gold, chops wood, builds things, etc...

The problem is i want to find out what MMO/MMORPG out there has the most.... ... Sim style attributes to it... basically i want to be able to be passive and not fight, but still be able to level my character up by building up a nice town for others to use, create weapons, but to do this i want to have to mine stone, chop wood (like you would in Warcraft II).

I also want to have to go out and find other items/objects that i need to build certain things in a town.

In the end i basically wanna build a town... in a massive world, and i want others to be able to use it to sleep or whatever... have others help build up a big town, turn it into a city, have farms being built, maybe some sort of castle in the middle of it all, etc...

Are there any MMORPGs out there like this? or do you think there will ever be?

PS: Please explain what the MMORPG has if you have an answer, because i may not have explained it properly.
