I just found out that thre is no law saying that we have to pay income taxes.

    You have to pay income tax.  You dont need to pay Social Security (big big difference). If you opt out of social security deductions then you forfeit any government assistance (disability, SSI, etc)

    You also can only opt out of Social Security if your a goverment, state or religous member. The standard citizen can and will be prosecuted for evasion of social security. It is not a written law, it is a orgizational mandate. Meaning basically that if you dont pay the orgizations which run the programs, they will prosecute and the goverment allows them to with or without laws to back them up. This kind of unspoken law is very common.

    It's true.  The amendment was ratified illegally. 

    However, never underestimate the power of the government.  And each branch will cover every other branches ass when it comes to the matter of their own income.

    People have gone to prison over standing up to this.  It's sad, but true. 

    There are people that say that the government can't get away with just doing or saying anything.  And they are so willing to give away freedom after freedom and more control to the government.  But this whole tax thing is just one example of how the government can get away with doing whatever they want, and do.

    hey I browsed that page and I did learn that the     Federal Reserve is a private company of bankers.  That right there seems like an oxymoron, the "private public service".  Nothing "federal" should be private, lol, it should be public, ya know, of the the people by the people, for the people.

    Interesting stuff, I'd have to read a lot mroe about it though.

    Um, President Bush had nothing to do with the forming of the Federal Reserve, much less how taxes came about in this country...

    lol, sorry, couldn't resist.  BTW, just to throw this in there, the word Führer doesn't really mean anything bad.  It just means "leader" and is therefore still a fairly common word.  However, it now sadly comes with a negative connotation.

    Um, He has the power to get rid of the Fed. If He doesn't get rid of it then he is just as bad the criminals who run it and that goes for all the presidents who never tried and both parties Republican and Democrat of the government. 

    During a 1998 Bush rally and speech at DuPont Photomask Facility, Alex asks the following question.

    "Sir, shouldn't we abolish the Federal Reserve and the CFR? That's the real reality that none of you will talk about and most of you are members. That's what's destroying this country governor. Don't you stand for America sir? What about the Federal Reserve and the CFR?"

    Alex is then grabbed by Texas police, taken outside and handcuffed. The cameraman is threatened as he films the entire incident. Afterwards, Alex was kidnapped and driven around for half an hour before being thrown out on the side of the road. All for the crime of asking a question!

    ....like school, and roads, and access to police protection, and mail, and libraries, and...

    You're going to die, and you're going to pay taxes. Both are unpleasant, but them's the breaks.

    Thats correct -- IRS will threaten to leavy all your assets and any asset at your resident even if all you owe was 85.00 :P (past experiance)

    but there are soo damn many taxes, you would think the government would have a + balance -- heck my grandfather fought in world war II and the entire campaing was ran with only a fraction of the taxes they tax you now days for...

    heh.. soon they will tax you for breathing... oh crap they already do - the clean air pact and taxes to support it... ugh.. cant win!!!
