hero online GMs

i must say im impressed with the GMs in this game! they are actually there to help the users and get this..... THEY ARE ACTUALLY IN GAME! u can message or ask them directly any question and they will answer you. they even joke around sometimes. its cool to see a game where the GMs are visible and interact with the players rather than the robotic responses and no follow up you get from other games. I give the GMs thumbs up!

    i ask the GMs about crap like how to tame animals. boy, they're quick to answer. customer service is pretty intense on HO.

    ya the GMs are pretty cool. my favorite is GM Owen. hes very funny and talks about soccer too much. its nice to see that the GMs are actual people and are there to help us.

    GM's are really funny and friendly, they are there to help us. My favorite GM is the Regulator. Hes got a good sense of humor and at times will always help me when I need help.

    ya GM Owen is hilarious. one time i asked him "how do i get a wolf mount?" and he replied "you cannot get wolf mounts in this game." When he was clearly standing in from of me on a wolf mount. LOL
