No~ I got bored after playing WOW for 3 months, and haven't met some games which can compare with WOW.

By the way, now I am waiting for the "Pirate of the Burning Sea", but I do not know when it is going to be released.

So my solution is spending more time in my real life IN THIS SPECIAL PERIOD.

Give Everquest 2 a shot. its like a longer, more depth version of WoW.

Tbh i played both for a while

AT 1-4 months my review was WoW seems more fun, allows me more casual play.EQ2 is not as much fun but more involving.

5-12 my review. Both game EQUALLY fun

13 month to now EQ2 has is more fun then WoW even at lower levels and much more involving with more enjoyable end game.

Difference is this-EQ2 has spent time working hard to fix their game and making it more attractive.WoW has spent time staring at the bank and shaking their hands on their success and pumping content at a slow rate and coming out very boring.I honestly think if blizzard had some incentive to work on their game they can but seems to lack that drive.

WoW and 'Casual Play' don't know each other when you hit End-Game.

IMO, there is no "great" game on the market. There are "good" games, games that fit into a niche in the mmorpg industry. However, if you found yourself bored with WoW, then you'll run into the same problem with EQ2 and others.

I'm still waiting for that game that really hits a home run, but I don't see it happening anytime soon.

Yes eventually you run into boredowm in all games. But when is the thing.WoW failure to pump regular and good content at 60 is why it ends so abruptly .Other games that do regular content tend  to hold on longer thus why i still play EQ2.

No one really answered the question.  There has to be a good alternative to WoW and EQ2.  EVE and Guild Wars isn't it, I was very disappointed in those two.  Is Lineage 2 worth playing?  I know in the next 6-12 months there will be some very anticipated games released like Vanguard, WAR, and Age of Conan, but I am very interested in finding a MMO now.   Thanks.

I quit WoW for the same reason, was bored silly with end game raid after raid after raid after raid after raid...

I picked up Minions of Mirth from www.prairiegames.com and love it.  You can play to level 20 for free and it's only $30 to buy the game (and no monthly fee to play).

It's like EverQuest (sort of) without the raiding.  Give it a look, you may enjoy it as much as I do.

I tried out an EQ2 PvP server on FEb/march and I mostly agree with this statement.  I dunno its sad in some ways, one game seems to be getting better and the other is getting worse.  I'm sure alot of people disagree with that statement but that is the way it seems to me.

Well for me I replaced WoW and EQ2 with Auto Assault.  Its the main reason I stopped play EQ2 pvp.  However I can't claim that I anticipate it occupying me for  years or anything.  Its defintely a fairly casual game, which is fine by me.  I'm kinda tired of the WoW/EQ2 environment model and the driving and physics of AA are interesting.

You don't like WoW, EQ2, Guild Wars, Eve Online and you want an alternative to those games? There isn't any, these games represent what's out there and nothing out there is going to be any more in depth than these games. Although you could try games like Hero of FFIX, but their even worse and if you don't like these games, then you want what doesn't exist.

Lineage 2? If you don't like the above, you will not like this either.

I went from WoW to EQ2 as well.  Fun stuff.  Crafting, housing, adventuring, and flying carpets.  Wahoooo!
