If you want to play a free game I highly suggest Anarchy Online or Shadowbane. AO would be my greater suggestion though.

EvE by the by has a monthly fee if you didn't know. If you did know thne EvE is an entirely different MMO concept that all of the others listed. It punishes impatience and rewards fairly extensive plannign and social connections, which is great for some and far from fun for others.

First  of all, you have about 5/6 options up there, and if you didn't check the games list on this site, there are quite a few... Em TONS more than  just 5 or 6. You have a very limited selection up there and personally I didn't even like ANY of those games except for EVE, for its unique style and player controlled economy, and Everquest, since its just the orginal and it rocked. At one time. But if your looking for a fun new MMORPG for yourself I would suggest DAoC, or Dark Age of Camelot. It has almost perfected both PVE and PVP. Both elements are great fun to play and discover. Theres a nice community, with easy to know/group with players. Theres hardly  any lag for me, (on my SBC DSL connection) and the new graphics upgrades puts it up there with some of the best. It is 14.99$ per. month. But thats just for 1 month, the price goes down 1$ each time you spend more money for more months. (Which you probably knew). - Anyways good luck on finding a new game, hope I helped

ok if youre looking for a fun game lots of quests skills and more i would say runescape.even though the community is REALLY bad you just got to ingnore people. And only play andventure quest if youre willing to pay or jst spend hours trying to get in.
